Moose Jaw, SK – The Downtown Moose Jaw Association (DMJA) has scheduled its 2023 Annual General Meeting.
Thursday, April 13 at 7:00 p.m., the DMJA invites downtown residents, business owners/operators and employees (private and non-profit) to The Hive Espresso Bar. The agenda will include:
- Election of new members (there is one Board position open for a two-year term).
- Update on the DMJA five-year Strategic Plan.
- Results of the recent survey of downtown businesses.
- Q&A featuring Geoff Anderson, DMJA Board Chair and Craig Hemingway, Marketing Coordinator.
Nominations for the open DMJA Board position can be made from the floor at the meeting, with a vote to follow. Owners or employees of any private/public*/non-profit business within the downtown Moose Jaw zoning district (see map below) are eligible to vote and/or be nominated to the DMJA Board.
(*Excluding employees of the City of Moose Jaw)
Light refreshments/snacks will be served, with additional Hive menu items available for purchase.
